At The Birdwatcher’s Closet, we want you to truly love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly 📦
• Products that arrive damaged or defective 🛠️

Please note: we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues. Since every item is made specifically for you through print-on-demand, we can't restock or resell returned pieces. That's why we strongly recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order, so you can be confident you've picked the right fit.

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, please reach out through hello@thebirdwatcherscloset.com and include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• (If possible) a photo of the item 📸

We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

In addition to our 30-day refund policy, all products are covered by a 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU consumer law.

If your item develops a manufacturing defect within this period, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution in line with EU regulations.
